We add no preservatives, additives, vegetable fats or artificial colouring to our ice cream. We believe in natural and authentic ingredients - whether it is fresh fruit from South Africa, pistachio nuts from Sicily, hazelnuts from Piemonte or rich coco beans from Brazil.
